THC seltzers are sold in different strengths, so the important number is the milligrams of THC per serving listed on the label. Store THC seltzers securely and keep them out of sight and out of reach of children and pets. The FDA warns that THC edibles and drinks can be mistaken for ordinary food or beverages, and accidental ingestion can cause serious adverse events, especially in children.

Onset time varies, but most people begin to notice effects within 15 minutes to an hour. Factors like metabolism, whether you’ve eaten, and the product itself all play a role.

If you’re new, give it time before having more.
