How do gift cards work?

A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at Chill Clouds in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

To see your gift card balance, check its expiration date, and find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can either purchase a gift card the same way you would any other product! Simply visit our Gift Cards page and select your desired gift card balance amount.  If you’re part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card, all you need to do is enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab or look through your email to find the code.

How do I check my gift card balance?

To check your gift card balance, you can visit the Gift Cards tab on your account page. There, you'll see your active and inactive gift cards and the remaining balance of any gift cards currently active.

Alternatively, you can visit our Gift Cards Balance page and enter your unique gift card code plus the email originally used to purchase the gift card. You’ll see your gift card’s remaining balance there as well.

Do gift cards expire?

Any gift card that you purchase does not expire. Free gift cards claimed from promotions or sales, however, expire within 30 days of claiming.

What is delta 9?

Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol is the main and most well-known psychoactive compound in cannabis plants. This is the compound people most often refer to when describing cannabis’s effects.

How much THC is in a seltzer, and how should I read the label?

THC seltzers are sold in different strengths, so the important number is the milligrams of THC per serving listed on the label. Brand FAQs commonly group products by serving strength, and state guidance recommends checking cannabinoid content carefully and starting with a low serving size if you are unsure of your tolerance.

How should THC seltzers be stored?

Store THC seltzers securely and keep them out of sight and out of reach of children and pets. The FDA warns that THC edibles and drinks can be mistaken for ordinary food or beverages, and accidental ingestion can cause serious adverse events, especially in children.

What's the difference between the 100mg and 200mg versions?

Both are 11oz Fruit Punch THC Water products with nano-emulsified Delta-9 THC. The main difference is total THC per bottle: one contains 100mg, and the other contains 200mg.

Should I drink the whole can at once?

These are high-potency beverages. Check the total milligrams on the label and pace carefully. Public cannabis guidance recommends starting with a low amount of THC, especially for newer consumers, and waiting before taking more — edible and drink effects can build over time.

How long does it take to feel effects from THC water?

These drinks use nano-emulsified Delta-9 THC for quicker absorption, but timing still varies by person. Public guidance for cannabis edibles and beverages says effects can be delayed — some people may not feel them for up to about 2 hours, with full effects taking longer. Start low and wait before consuming more.

Is Delta 9 legal in my state?

Delta 9 THC laws also vary depending on location and product type. In some places, hemp-derived products are permitted under certain limits, while others have stricter rules.

It’s best to review your state’s current laws before buying.

Is Delta 8 legal in my state?

Laws around Delta 8 vary and can change over time. Some states allow it, while others restrict or ban it.

Always check your local regulations before purchasing or consuming.

Can you mix THC drinks with alcohol?

It’s generally not recommended to combine THC and alcohol, especially if you’re inexperienced with either. The effects can stack in ways that feel stronger or less predictable.

If you choose to mix, go slowly and be mindful of how you’re feeling.

Can I drink more than one THC seltzer at a time?

You can, but it’s easy to take more than intended if you don’t wait for the first serving to take effect. It’s usually better to start with one and see how you feel.

Spacing out servings helps you stay in control of the experience.

How much THC should a beginner start with?

A common starting point is a low dose, often around 2–5 mg of THC. Starting small helps you understand how your body responds.

Wait before increasing your intake—“start low and go slow” is the safest approach.
