I bought or received a gift card but I can't find it.
If you bought the gift card from your own account, visit your account page's Gift Cards tab. There, you will see any active or inactive gift cards, their balance, and more. Additionally, you can also find your gift card information in your email.
If you received a gift card from someone but can't find them, ask them to follow the steps above and share the gift card's unique code with you. Once you have the code, you can input it at checkout.
Do rewards points expire?
Yes, rewards points expire after 18 months.
How can I see if the person I referred made a purchase?
To see if the person you’ve referred has already made a purchase with Hello Seltzer, head over to the Rewards tab in your account. There, you’ll see any points you’ve gained from purchases made by your referrals. Please keep in mind that purchases made by referees may not appear immediately on your dash. They will only appear once the order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my custom bundle subscription?
Yes, you’re free to cancel whenever you’d like—no commitments, no penalties.
However, please note: once you cancel, you’ll lose access to your lifetime low pricing.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are non-refundable.
How long does it take for points to appear on my account?
Rewards points appear on your Rewards dashboard immediately after the redeeming action is completed.
Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?
No, you can only use one gift card per order.
How do I earn points with referrals?
It's simple! Once the person you referred signs up using your link and spends over $50 on a purchase, you'll get 2,500 reward points.
Can I split an order between a gift card and credit card?
Yes, if the total of your order is more than a gift card balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card.
How do referrals work?
When you go to your Account and click the Rewards page, you'll find a block that allows you to enter a friend's email. Once you type that email and click Invite, they'll get an email inviting them to create an account on Chill Clouds. From there, all your friend needs to do is create their account and spend at least $50 on a purchase. (Must not live in same household) Once your friend has completed these steps, you'll get an email letting you know you've accumulated 2,500 points!
How can I check if my gift card is active or inactive?
To check whether a gift card is active or inactive, visit the Gift Cards tab in your account. There, you will find two sections: active and inactive gift cards.
Your active gift cards will display the original amount on the gift card, your current balance, and, if applicable, your gift card's expiration dates.
Inactive gift cards are gift cards that have either expired or have no remaining balance. If you think a gift card was mistakenly marked as inactive, please contact our customer support team.
Once I have redeemed a reward with my points, can I get a refund on those points if I change my mind?
No. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, those points cannot be refunded to a member's account. All redeemed rewards are final.
Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
Yes! If your order total is less than the total available balance on your gift card, you can apply the remaining balance to a later purchase.
To check a remaining balance after only using a portion of your gift card amount, please check the Gift Cards tab on your account.
Do sales and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?
No, sales and discounts are not applied to gift cards.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Yes, you can either copy and paste your gift card code and send it to the intended receiver of the gift card or you can forward the email we send with your gift card information. Please be aware, however, that to check their gift card balance, the person receiving your gift will need to input the email used to purchase the gift card originally.
